I know I'd like to drop 20. I also know that drugs like this aren't the answer. Do I know changing my eating habits is the answer? Yep. Am I ready? Nope. But, I am in the gym every day... and even sweat occasionally!! Great interview. The Putin one should be good too!!
Getting your metabolic health in order is the benefit, losing the 20 is the feature. The gym is great for your health, but it has almost no impact on weight loss. That's what the good research shows. Ditch the excess carbs and the weight will go away. Thanks for commenting, at least someone is reading this stuff.
You are absolutely correct -- and I know it. I eat pretty healthy with lots of fruits and veggies... but still enjoy some of the 'forbidden' food in moderation. Perhaps one day I'll become more willing to give those up!!

My perspective that fruits and veggies are healthy is different than it used be before I did the deep dive I've been doing for almost seven years now.
